Choose 15, 30 or 60 minutes or no limit. Breaks don't count as hours and aren't captured. When time is up you get a reminder, and recording resumes only when you click Resume.
Reports and export
Total each person's hours by week, month or custom dates, then export CSV for payroll.
Four roles
The owner and managers run everything in the company, team leads see only the teams they lead, and employees see only their own hours and screenshots.
Teams and team leads
Manage employees and filter data by team. One lead can run several teams and sees only those.
Sign-in and clock-in IP
The IP address of each sign-in and clock-in is recorded and kept for 90 days.
Export and close
The owner can close the company, export hours and screenshots, and the data is then deleted from the server.
Offline without data loss
If the connection drops, screenshots wait on the PC and are sent in order when it returns.
