FAQ
Is anything recorded before an employee clocks in?
No. The app never starts by itself. Recording begins only when the employee clicks Clock in.
Which screen is captured with multiple monitors?
Only the screen holding the app window. Move the window to another screen and later screenshots come from that one.
How are night shifts counted?
The whole shift belongs to the day it started. In at 22:00 and out at 06:00 the next day is 8 hours on the start date.
Can employees see their own screenshots?
Yes. Employees sign in on the web with the same email and password to see their own hours and screenshots, and nobody else's.
How do managers differ from owners?
They have the same rights: managers can also add employees, change settings, pay and assign roles, including adding or removing other managers. There are only two differences: nobody can remove the owner, and only the owner can close the company.
What can a team lead do?
One team lead can lead several teams, see the hours and screenshots of their members, and invite new people. They can't see other teams' data or change settings and billing.
Do managers use a seat?
Yes. Each active employee, the owner and each manager use one seat; someone who is both a manager and an employee counts once. Seats are unlimited during the trial.
How do I pay?
Only USDT (TRC-20) for now, at $2.99 per seat per month. Your plan activates automatically when the payment arrives.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Buy 12 months or more and get 20% off the invoice total.
How are seats added mid-month charged?
You pay only for the days left in the period, counting 30 days per month. With 15 days left, one more seat costs half a month, and the expiry date stays the same.
What happens after the trial?
There's a grace period after expiry. Then the service pauses and only the billing page is available until you pay.
Which systems are supported?
The app runs on Windows 10 and 11 and on Macs with Apple silicon. The dashboard works in any browser and on phones.
What happens offline?
Screenshots are kept on the PC, up to 200, and sent automatically when the connection returns.
